Karola Crawford, the founder and principal coach of The Body Thrive Coach, LLC, holds the following professional credentials: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Registered Nurse (RN), Functional Medical Academy Certified Coach FMACC, and Certified Clinical Medical Herbalist. Also, Ms. Crawford is a licensed Registered Nurse; however, she does not practice as a physician, medical doctor (MD), or licensed independent practitioner in connection with The Body Thrive Coach, LLC. Her services are provided strictly in the capacity of a health and wellness coach. Accordingly, the services offered through this practice — and the content presented on this website — do not constitute the practice of medicine. No coach-client relationship established through this practice creates a physician-patient relationship, and no information shared in that context should be interpreted as a medical diagnosis or prescription.

4. Coaching Services & Consultations

All coaching consultations and program sessions offered through The Body Thrive Coach, LLC are conducted on an individual, one-on-one basis. Sessions are held either in person at our office location or via secure video conferencing (Zoom) as agreed upon between the coach and the client. Video-based sessions are conducted only with the client’s explicit prior consent. By scheduling and participating in a remote session, you acknowledge and consent to the use of electronic communication for that purpose. All sessions are private and confidential. Information shared during a coaching engagement is held in strict confidence and is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as otherwise agreed upon in writing by the client.

5. Client Results & Testimonials

The Body Thrive Coach, LLC is committed to the privacy and dignity of every client. We do not publicly share, post, or otherwise disclose any information regarding individual client participation, progress, or program outcomes without that client’s prior written approval. Any testimonials or reviews that appear on this website or affiliated social media channels have been voluntarily submitted by clients and have been reviewed and approved by those individuals prior to publication. Testimonials represent the individual experience of the client and are not a guarantee of results. Individual outcomes will vary based on a variety of personal factors.
